Nederlands Terms and Conditions
1. General The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with CEE ♦ H Fashion, (hereinafter referred to as, “us” or “we”).
By using ceehfashion.com and / or by placing an order, you accept that you are bound by the following terms and conditions. Make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, can place an order.
The fact that garments are offered at any time on ceehfashion.com does not guarantee that these garments are available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw garments at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the general terms and conditions that applies to your order is the version that can be found on ceehfashion.com at the time of placing your order.
2. Prices and delivery costs The prices stated on ceehfashion.com include the statutory VAT, but exclude shipping costs. If the VAT rate applicable on the order date is changed after the order has been placed, this change will be passed on to the price of the garment without further notice to you.
The shipping costs are not the same for all orders, the shipping costs depend on the size or weight of your order. The costs for each shipping option are clearly stated during the ordering process. If we cannot deliver your order in full and have to deliver the order in multiple shipments, additional shipping charges will be charged for the backorder.
3. Order / contract conclusion
You can order via ceehfashion.com.
If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid, we will try to refund the payment via the payment method you used. If the refund has to be made in another way, CEE ♦ H Fashion will contact you to arrange this.
4. Delivery
CEE ♦ H Fashion takes the utmost care in the registration and processing of orders and strives to deliver your order to a residential address, in accordance with the delivery method chosen by you. CEE ♦ H Fashion strives to process orders as quickly as possible and in order of receipt. If the garments are in stock, we strive to deliver within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. If the garments are not in stock, we strive to deliver them within 15 working days. Although we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may arise due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event that the delivery does not take place within 30 days, you can cancel the order. Before placing an order, you will be informed of the expected delivery time. If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order, stating the expected delivery time.

For packages that cannot be delivered after several attempts, CEE ♦ H Fashion reserves the right to charge the costs incurred by us.
5. Withdrawal of an order
It is possible to cancel or return an order from the date you placed the order up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered item of clothing. If you return all or part of the order and have already paid for it, you will receive the amount excluding the shipping and return costs from CEE ♦ H Fashion.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing. We will try to refund the money as soon as possible and in the same way as you paid, once the garments have been returned by us. Another payment method can be used for the refund if you give your consent. This will not incur any additional costs.
If a garment received is defective, notify CEE ♦ H Fashion immediately and return the garment. All items of clothing that are reported as defective will be fully reimbursed by CEE ♦ H Fashion. The provisions in these terms and conditions do not limit any legal rights.
6. Returns
CEE ♦ H Fashion guarantees full reimbursement, or if required replacement, of returned garment under paragraph 5 (Withdrawal of an order), provided that all garments are returned in the same condition as they were upon receipt. This means that the garments must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that labels have not been removed.
7. Payment methods
You can pay for your garments in the ways indicated below. In our webshop you can pay for your online purchases with the bank transfer in a reliable, safe and easy way.
8. Our Liability
These Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude the liability of CEE ♦ H Fashion when it comes to matters that we cannot limit or exclude by law.
CEE ♦ H Fashion is not responsible for indirect losses that are an incidental effect of the original loss or damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity, or failure to deliver goods or to comply with any other obligation under of these terms and conditions, if such failure is the result of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, uprising, political unrest, war, nuclear accidents and terrorist activities.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your order on CEE ♦ H Fashion is limited to the total amount of your order.
9. Colors
We do everything that is reasonably possible to display the properties of our products, including composition and colors, as accurately as possible. The color you see depends on your computer system and phone and we cannot guarantee that your computer and / or phone will display these colors correctly.
10. Warranty
If the items of clothing purchased by you show defects, CEE ♦ H Fashion will fully comply with the legal warranty regulations. If you have a complaint about obvious defects in materials or workmanship in the goods supplied by us, including transport damage, you can notify us by returning the goods without delay.
11. Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or void by a court or legislature, the other terms and conditions will remain in effect.
12. Proprietary Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on ceehfasion.com belong to CEE ♦ H Fashion. Any use of ceehfashion.com or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own, personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without the prior written consent of CEE ♦ H Fashion.
