You have 14 days to decide whether you are satisfied with the garment.
CEE ♦ H Fashion guarantees that you will get your money back for all returned garments, provided that the garments are returned in good condition. This means that the garments are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all tags or labels are still attached to / on the garment. Fill in the return slip and use the pre-printed address label in the package.
Money Back
If you have returned your garment, the amount paid will be paid within 8 days. Please note that we will deduct the costs of the return shipment from this amount.
Exchange
You have 14 days to determine whether you are satisfied with the garment. If you want to exchange a garment for the same garment in a different size or color, you can indicate this on the return slip; you pay no shipping costs for the new garment. You must always return an incorrectly delivered item of clothing or a garment with an error. You do not pay any return costs.
