Shipping Policy

Shipment

We aim to send your package, if the garments are in stock, within 3-5 working days after confirmation of your order. If the garment is not in stock, we aim to deliver it within 15 working days. We deliver to all residential addresses within the Netherlands. Have you received the wrong item of clothing, do you have a complaint about a garment or do you want your money back? Then you must always return the garment.

Delivery dates
The expected delivery dates of your order are stated at checkout. If your garments have different delivery dates, you can choose to have your order delivered in parts or wait for all garments to be delivered at the same time. If you choose multiple deliveries, we will send you the rest of the garments as soon as they are back in stock.

Amendments
You can change your order before it is shipped by contacting customer service. This can be done by e-mail: info@ceehfashion.com.

Shipping costs
To save you extra shipping costs, if you have orders with different delivery dates, we recommend that you combine your orders and have them delivered in one package at a later date. The shipping costs for each order are a minimum of € 3.84 and a maximum of € 6.75 depending on the size or weight of your order.

If a package cannot be delivered, you will always receive a message. If a package cannot be delivered, CEE ♦ H Fashion is entitled to charge the costs of the return shipment to CEE ♦ H Fashion.
